THE SCORING CRITERIA
The scoring system does not replace the
experienced eye of an HR Manager, it just assists when a
large number of applications need to be quickly
processed. The system assigns 100% to each applicant,
and then deducts points based on their answers to
certain elements in the application. The exact criteria
used for scoring an application is based on your needs,
but in general we focus on these elements:
- Criminal Record
- Motor Vehicle
Record
- Employment
History
- Residence

The scoring that we apply to YOUR applicants can be
customized to meet your needs. Please understand that we
can only develop custom solutions for clients that have
a large enough volume of applications. For smaller
volumes we have standardized application forms that meet
most needs. |
